Product/Manufacturer Warranty

At Archangel Security, we stand by the quality of the products we supply and install. All security cameras, NVRs, and accessories purchased through us come with a manufacturer-backed warranty.

  • Dahua, Uniview, Hikvision, IVSEC, and HiLook – 3-Year Warranty
  • Hanwha and Vivotek – 5-Year Warranty
  • Ajax Systems – 2-Year Warranty

What’s Covered:

Manufacturer Defects: Covers hardware failures or malfunctions due to material or workmanship defects under normal usage.
Warranty Period: Coverage is based on the manufacturers official warranty terms.
Local Support: As an authorised reseller, we facilitate warranty claims on your behalf with the manufacturer.

What’s Not Covered:

Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., improper handling, power surges, tampering).
Incorrect installation or use contrary to manufacturer guidelines (e.g., improper wiring, mounting in unsuitable environments).
Acts of nature (e.g., lightning strikes, floods, or other environmental damage).
Third-party repairs or modifications that void the manufacturer’s warranty.

If your product is faulty within the warranty period and meets the eligibility criteria, we will assist in arranging a repair or replacement in accordance with Dahua’s warranty policy.


24 Month Workmanship Warranty

All installs are back by a 24 month workmanship warranty. 

What’s Included:

Correct and secure installation of cameras, NVRs, and supporting hardware.
Proper cabling & terminations to ensure long-term reliability.
Free rectification of installation faults caused by our workmanship within the warranty period.

What’s Not Included:

Tampering, third-party alterations, or damage caused after installation.
Malfunctions due to power surges, network issues, or system misuse.
Component failures not related to installation (covered by the product warranty instead).

If you experience an issue related to workmanship, simply reach out, and we’ll inspect and rectify the problem at no cost to you.
