How We Work - From Quote to Installation
Whether you’re protecting your home, business, or something in between, we guide you every step of the way—from selecting the right setup to installation and support. Here’s exactly what to expect when you work with us.
Step 1: Choose a Package or Customise Your System
Start by exploring our CCTV and alarm packages, where we’ve bundled the most common components together for convenience. You'll have the option of selecting package upgrades or completely customising your package with our Custom Options Tool on the product page, to adjust camera types, quantities, or upgrade components to better suit your setup. Step 2: Book Your Install
Once you’ve selected your package and any upgrades, please fill in the booking information such as your install address and preferred installation date as well as any extra notes about your property. You’re welcome to upload floor plans, site photos, or Google Maps coordinates to help us identify any potential issues ahead of time. If your chosen date isn’t available, one of our team will get in touch with you to reschedule. If we don’t reach you right away, we’ll follow up until we confirm a time that works.
Step 3: Place Your Order
After submitting your booking info, add your chosen system to the cart and proceed through checkout. We accept credit card, PayPal, and Buy Now, Pay Later options like Zip, Humm, and Afterpay.
Step 4: Install Day
You’ll receive a reminder via email or phone ahead of your install. On the day, your installer will walk through your property to confirm camera or alarm device locations to confirm everything discussed in your booking or consultation. If the job differs significantly from what was booked—for example, no roof cavity, no eaves for residential bookings, or a separate roof space—we’ll explain any necessary cost changes before starting. There’s no obligation to proceed if you’re not happy.
Step 5: Installation & System Setup, Testing
Your technician will complete the installation, including all cabling, conduit runs, device placement, and full system configuration and testing. System configuration includes basic setup, setting recording schedules, motion zones, alarm disarm schedules, as well as testing each device for optimal location, positioning and performance. Our professional installers will take care to treat your space with respect and and leave it clean and tidy.
Step 6: System Handover
Once everything’s in place, your installer will show you how to use the system. You’ll learn how to navigate the mobile app and view footage remotely, adjust alerts, and manage your system confidently from day one.
Ongoing Support
We don’t just install and walk away. We make sure you understand how to use your system and offer support if you have questions or need help down the track.
